My first time at the salon and Raha was brilliant - she listened to exactly how I wanted my hair cut, and didn't try to cut it really short like most hairdressers always seem to! I will definitely be going back!

Always come here for my waxing but they changed my appointment today and then asked me to show proof of my booking for 5 minutes and questioned me. Another employee came to help and eventually I was sent downstairs and waited an extra 10 minutes without anyone coming to offer me a drink or apologise for the wait. Will not be returning.
