Lovely people but unfortunately I didn’t get the hair colour that I requested. I walked in with chocolate brown hair and left with jet black colour which I absolutely didn’t want. I understand that “colour doesn’t lift colour” and it doesn’t exalting the jet black colour? Not only this my top was damaged with hair dye, there’s streaks of colour on it. I had Vaseline smeared around the edge of my face and neck line which was unusual and I left greasy. I’d like a refund for this poor experience.
