Pleased with my highlights. The person who washed off my hair was horrible.He was too rough with my hair and while I still had peroxide on my hair he was rubbing my hair and my head too hard resulting breaking my hair. After that the hairdresser cut my hair and although I told her I wanted to keep the length and have layers she cut my hair too short with no layers and when I confronted her she was rude about it. Made me feel uncomfortable and not looked after. Wouldn’t recommend.
