I didn’t get the hairdresser I choose on the ap. I got Arminian/Italian lady who was very nice. I shared an image of what I was expecting. In the end it looked 70% like the picture. The lady offered to do curls so it looked very nice at the end. I’ve spent few days in London and didn’t wash my hair until I came back home where I realised the curls had a purpose… hide the bad cutting skills. I’ve asked for layers and the result is horrible. I’ll have to go to a different hairdresser to amend it!!
