unfortunately felt like the service has gone downhill.. seemed to be confusion surrounding my booking (booked BIAB with Rachel who didnt seem to know how to begin). Base wasn’t solid it was patchy and the french tip on one nail has already chipped off. Felt like i was given a cold shoulder when i politely asked to get the nail redone…

Hi Jack it's Sabran. I like your new venue. I came in on Friday and had my nails done. Mei is very talented she did a great job on my nails 💅 and the young man who did my pedicure he was brilliant too. I will be back. I highly recommend this place
