Had to wait 25 minutes - short staffed Was finally seated for my pedicure but had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start. Viet did not inform me that there would be extra charge for nail design or shellac before hand. I did pay extra however I would have appreciated if he communicated to me before applying that there would be a charge

I was trying to ask questions because I was a bit skeptical about getting acrylics, he wasn’t really happy to answer questions. He rushed the process towards end as they had to close.
