Booked and received confirmation online on Treatwell. Arrived at the salon 10 minutes early- it was closed. Stayed until 15 minutes outside in the cold after my appointment time, Chien did not show. I called- no answer. I did not get a cancellation email, text, call- nor any form of apology.
