I am very disappointed because my appointment was cancelled at the very last minute. I have booked an appointment online a week in advance, and just on the day of my appointment I received a cancellation text. As my appointment was for Friday afternoon and I had to go to a party that night, there was not any chance for me to have my beard trimmed somewhere else.

Been there a bunch of times after booking through treatwell but the last one was a joke. I received a messy haircut in 10 minutes (instead of half an hour) without any attention to detail because the place was crowded. Not worth booking an appointment or paying in advance since walk-ins will take your spot and you will end up waiting a getting average level of service.

every time I come here I get a great cut, and the staff are lovely - plus its great value. Would definitely recommend.
