Hiep was not the provider of the service. Pham (Tracy) was. She is both skilled and attentive.
I would suggest the spa put all employees photos and names on the list, so that one can book with the professional who fits their specific requirements and booking options.
One other thing, it would be good if the employees conversed a little more in English, especially when discussing the logistics/service details of the client, in front of them.
