This is the second time they made me bleed while having a manicure. The first time they hurt me, it could’ve been a mistake and could happen to anyone, that’s why I went back, but the second time, they made me bleed so much! The guy was super aggressive while doing my nails (of course he would hurt me). Really not pleasant AT ALL! Don’t recommen.

I’ve been before and loved the manicure they gave me. This time it was clear they had overbooked as everyone was rushed with their appointments taking half the slotted the and working on multiple people at a time. My nails you can see were clearly rushed which is very disappointing.

Staff were nice but that is the only thing I liked.
I had my gel extensions removed and gel extensions.
My natural nails were left wonky and my thumb was cut. Person doing my nails was extremely rough. My new gel extensions were done very badly. The natural nail under the extensions were left wonky which meant that there is now a gap between my own nail and the tip they put on. On Treatwell they have stated that the nails are cured and shaped- this was not the case, acrylic tips were used and the gel was not cured. Such a shame.
