I’ve been coming here awhile and just feel my nails don’t look as great as they used to - last time I was there they charged me £9 more than usual.. they said they explained to me that chrome costs more (which I don’t remember but I had my headphones in while on the phone)… which would be fine if they looked good - it’s pretty obvious that this nail salon is cheaper than others in the area, which is why I would go… but to pay extra for what I received just felt wrong. The nails look sloppy.

I went for shellac pedicure( pedicure was good) and normal manicure with nail polish. I was made aware that it won't last as long as shellac which I was aware. but just 2-3 hours after appointment it looked terrible. didn't wash my hands or touched anything but it literally dried on streaks with very clumsy application close to cuticles. Messaged the saloon to check their opinion ,no response at all. Below are my nails 4h after appointment.
