I find the staff at this venue cold and gruff. The lady who was working on my nails ignored me when I tried to (politely) ask her a couple of questions regarding the colour and shape. When I told her the colour was not the one Id chosen she abruptly got up &left me without saying a single word.Another technician then came to do my nails. Even though I’m paying a lot of hard earned money I’m routinely made to feel like I’ve walked into someone’s house without a key or an invite
