They didn't give me the service that I booked and made me pay for a more expensive service because that's what they had done. Could have been a misunderstanding but they were not apologetic and it was uncomfortable.

My nails were perfect! I recently moved house within the location, so was worried to go to someone new but J Nail spa were the highest rated in the area and I’m glad I went! I’ve now been back 3 times and loved them every time. They never rush and take their time to get them perfect. They listen to what you want. Very pleased!
