Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was good. However the treatment room was extremely hot and the waxing took a lot longer and was more painful/less thorough than waxing treatments i've previously had. Leaving me with more irritated skin and lots of stray hairs.

I had a hollywood and underarm wax, it was good. However no sheet was laid down before i was asked to lie down so only given a 4 star for cleanliness.
