There seemed to be a lot of staff or friends of staff and no customers and they seemed uncomfortable with a new client. I waited for the treatment room to be free but the beautician made me a hot drink while I waited. She was very thorough and always checked if I was happy with her method. She was very good and she had only been working they're three weeks!
