I've been a regular customer at Esthetique for a while now as the ladies always do a great job with my eyebrows.
But the service standard has been slipping consistently and my last visit just left me really upset. The appointments are never on time, I always have to wait for about 15 minutes to be seen.
In addition to this regular drawback (which I usually ignore because I'm happy with the service), this time I was not seen by the technician I specifically requested a week in advance because she was in the middle of doing someone's manicure.
The final straw was that the service was performed not in one of the treatment rooms downstairs, laying down (I assume they were all full), but upstairs in a hairdresser's chair, sitting up, around all the other customers getting their nails done.
In the meantime, the lady doing my eyebrows was running back and forth to help her colleagues with something while the hot wax was getting cold on my face. It felt like being handled like cattle.
Really rushed, careless, disorganised treatment that isn't worth the £12.
It's a real shame because I used really like this place.

I'm satisfied with my treatment. Shellac nails. :) the colour I first pick was a beautiful, pearlescent in the tones of light gold and pink called "Gala" something.. Unfortunately was not available at the moment, but the alterative is pretty anyway, hopefully they will have the other one next time!
