The staff were friendly, the salon was clean. However I would have appreciated some discussion re what was going to be done and why - there was none - and the abrasive cloth was used a little too vigorously for my sensitive skin leaving a small sore spot, However it disappeared quickly and overall it was a good experience. It was a facial not a chemical peel,
