I am a regular and I am satisfied 90% of the times. This time I am afraid my shellac came off from the index after only 3 days and seems like all over the polish layer is much thinner than it should be and I am not confident it will last 2 weeks. I believe the quality also depends on the beauty therapist as there are plenty of them in the salon.

Treatments were good value for money only thing I would say is the therapists wasn't really talkative she didn't explain what what she wanted me to do or make a lot of effort to make the treatments comfortable especially with a facial you want to know what is going on your skin and what they do. I am a therapist myself so I know the importance of interacting with your clients and getting to know them to perform a good treatment and ensure they feel comfortable but on the other hand I understand Being a therapist is a lot of work and you just want to get through the day but it's nice to interact with your client this review is for feedback and not a complaint the treatments were not herendous the therapist was quite nice and I would definitely return :)
