Normally the waxing is fine here but I have to say this time was terrible the lady did not seem to know what she was doing I don't think she should be waxing clients yet I'm a therapist myself so wouldn't want to leave a bad review for therapist as it's probably not her fault she shouldn't be waxing, I had to help her with my own wax :\ the wax was so hot every time she applied it I kept telling her she never apologised once but just kept applying saying she can't wait for it, she was wearing her jacket the whole time not very professional and also would make anyone uncomfortable, she never waited for the wax to dry I had to keep telling her it's not ready as she was just pulling which meant I had to help her to get it off! If I didn't say anything she would have left a lot of hair as it was like she couldn't be bothered, from the start I just knew that it wouldn't be good from her body language, I don't mean to bash the therapist as I said it's not her fault but as a therapist myself I know she shouldn't be waxing clients and hot wax shouldn't be that painful and I shouldn't have to help a therapist with my waxing I am simply writing this so the salon is aware and I have had better waxes here I just won't go back to that therapist sorry for bad review!
