The worst experience i've had with Esthetique, which is a shame as I really liked them and have been going to their salon for almost 2 years now. The problem is over the last year or so they have had so much turnover, everytime I go there for my wax or pedicure it is always someone new,no one seems to stay and it seems like their new recruits are always inexperienced (hence the high turnover!). My wax on Friday was really awful and the areas I got waxed actually feel sore. The girl was really bad, I felt uncomfortable the whole time and actually had to tell her to stop as I could no longer take it. I know waxing hurts but this was different and I have had it done at Esthetique and other places loads of times without any issues. Needless to say I won't ever be going back there!
