Sylvia is a really pleasant and sweet girl. She knows her stuff and the pedicure was very efficient and well done. A bit better ambiance in the room would be nice (an MP3 player doesn't cost much. Music would help pass the time and make the tiny room more relaxing.) so while my feet came out super soft and the nails were beautifully done, it didn't feel very luxurious.
