I have booked a shellac hands and feet -- because the lady thought I booked a complete pedicure -- she did it and then made me pay for it (17 pounds extra). It wasn`t my fault that she didn`t know what I had booked. I also made myself very clear about it, but def she didn`t understand. Not to mention the service itself wasn`t impecable. Normally when I go there, the service is impecable but can`t give more than 3 stars for this experience.
