I was 10 mins late but Claudia was very understanding. Very lovely eyelashes. Haven't had them for long so can't say how long they'd lasted. She did them faster than I've experienced but that still came out lovely. Only improvement would be maybe giving some aftercare information.

Staff were friendly. The only thing I would say is my therapist didn't speak much English so we weren't able to effectively communicate as I had a few questions to ask.
