the appointment was on time and I was shown to a nicely decorated room. I talked through my skincare routing and the issues I experience with my skin and the treatment corresponded exactly to what I needed. it wasn't as relaxing as I expected it to be (I.e. no neck or shoulder massage that you sometimes get) however I am really happy with the results and how clear my skin now looks! would definitely recommend!
