Finished look of my lashes are good, however the process in which they were applied was not correct. The lady was on the phone when I came in and didn't even acknowledge me. It was the same lady that applied my lashes, at the time she did apologise for having a cold. However, the control of hygiene was appalling. She was sneezing, coughing and blowing her nose, all the while doing my lashes and not washing her hands after blowing her nose. I've had a fair amount of lash fallout too within the first few days where they are even attached to my lashes, just my skin.

The ladies were very attentive, followed all of my suggestions on how to make my nails look the way I like and cared about my peculiarities in the form of a very sensitive skin. Will definitely come back!
