Probably the worse waxing experience ever. The therapist was poorly trained. She waxed the front side of my arm and not the back, pulled wax from the wrong side of hair. I came home with half waxed arms and red bruises. Ps. I've been getting my arms waxed since I was 12 years old but this never happened. I'm gutted.
