A nice place and good treatments given. Staff were really polite and I would recommend and definitely go back. If I were to be picky then there are just three points I would make...
1. the music playing in the pedicure room is not in keeping with the ambience of the place. A mixed CD on repeat with old 90's dance tunes and a mix of recent pop tunes. Not relaxing at all.
2. A few times I was quite uncomfortable whilst having my pedicure as I had to lift my legs and keep them up, Occasionally both together. Then when boots were put on I was expected to keep them upon a single leg rest. Not quite the relaxing experience I was hoping for. A appropriate Pedicure would be great here.
3. I spent over three hours having treatments and was not offered even a glass of water. I think this would make a world of difference to your clients experience here.
Otherwise the place smells great. Looked clean and staff were nice. The negative points were just observations and would not deter me from booking again.
