Sylvia did a very good job. I appreciated her effort and care to make it as less painful as possible. Very friendly as well. I only gave it a 4 star because the treatment took more time than scheduled.
As for the venue, I believe the staff working there make a great difference. A bit too damp for my liking. Sorry. If the venue was a bit better, I would Wax there regularly.
