The staff were super friendly and the pedicure was really thorough and looked perfect. For the price, it was great value, but the little basement room and the levels of cleanliness could be improved. I also didn't like the male manager giving the beautician what seemed like a stern talking to when she was taking longer than expected on my pedicure. Granted, they weren't speaking English so I can't say for certain what was being discussed, but it didn't feel friendly! The beautician, however, was great -- really lovely and a great job!

Another great wax, instead of Sylwia (who I love) I was passed onto their new beautician, and once she got into her stride she was great. Magic touch!
