The person who I book with (Magda) wasn't there when I went, however another senior beauty therapist (Paula) took care of me listening to my requests :) There is only a small issue with the eyebrows shape but I realized only once I look at my self in the mirror properly at home. I have another appointment next week and I'm sure they will be happy to fix it in case!
