Professional and friendly! This was my first chemical peel and the staff made me very comfortable and explained the procedure clearly. I opted to go with the algae mask for an additional £5 at the end and my skin just felt sooo soft after!

I was very happy with the variety of the colours that I could choose and the lady was really friendly, although after 3 days 3 of my nails have already chipped. Not something I was expecting from shellac! 😒
