Hollywood wax with Paula was amazing, as always. However, I was not very happy with my manicure; the products used were ok, but Joanna, although meticulous and kind, did a poor job shaping some of my nails (they looked more almond like than square with rounded corners that I asked for) and failed to remove my culticles effectively. I will certainly have another wax there, but no nails, ever.
