This was my second face massage here - first one was very good but this wasn't the same standard. It was more like having oil rubbed over my face than a massage which was pleasant but not what I booked for. I asked the therapist for a firmer massage twice - she was very nice but apologised and said that was how she had been trained, but I wasn't sure how this meant she couldn't do a firmer massage?!
