I’m sorry to do this as Rina was lovely. Everyone has off days. But the shellac was all over my fingers, and as a result started flaking off almost immediately. The appt was 2hrs which caused me problems getting to work. I’ve trying to get in contact for a refund, which I would really appreciate.

my nails were done with Rima, she doesn't have access to Treatwell appointments for missing the password for the account. she is super responsive with the client, super nice and takes amazing care for your hands and nails.

Made a mess of my nails. Came for an infill for a beautiful set I had done on the high st. She didn’t take off the shellac properly and started applying acrylic on top! Struggled with making the acrylic set it was all over my fingers. Tried to tell me the monomer was water?!? Shouted at me when I asked “are you ok it looks like you are struggling” ended up walking out. Lady doing hair was nice and kind. Was treated poorly by the nail tech. I left with no infill!
