I’ve had my nails done by Rieena twice now, first time was great but this recent appointment, my gel nails were flaking off not even two days after, as the Polish was on my skin too. She also didn’t do any cuticle work unfortunately so they just weren’t going to last.

I’m sorry to do this as Rina was lovely. Everyone has off days. But the shellac was all over my fingers, and as a result started flaking off almost immediately. The appt was 2hrs which caused me problems getting to work. I’ve trying to get in contact for a refund, which I would really appreciate.

my nails were done with Rima, she doesn't have access to Treatwell appointments for missing the password for the account. she is super responsive with the client, super nice and takes amazing care for your hands and nails.
