The therapy room and ambience was nice and relaxing and the therapist was warm and friendly. I always think it’s a nice touch when therapists offer a neck/shoulder massage or something similar for the 15 minutes the mask is left on as opposed to just leaving the room, but that was not included here. Also my facial finished 15 minutes early. So for those reason I have knocked two stars off. Skin does look better than when I went in which is a plus!

I was disappointed that within a week almost all lashes fell out. I followed all instructions but almost none were left in a week. Marta was quick and this time the lashes seem to be holding up, however Marta was a little too quick and perhaps clumsy at times. There were a couple of times where the process was painful. The level of noise again didn’t help. The girls try to create a relaxing environment for the treatments but there is too much noise from the stairs and the chatter.
