Was booked in for 1hr 30min of treatments - 1hr hot stone massage and 30min face massage - but surprised to be finished in 1h 10min. When I asked why this was as I left the therapist explained that the 1hr massage time included 15mins of clean up time... I’m quite disappointed as there are ways of indicating this on treatwell and I was really looking forward to a full hour. Hot stone massage was ok but very light pressure. It’s a real shame as the facial massage was lovely.

Paulina was AMAZING. Took time to really understand what style of haircut I wanted and was such a perfectionist in making sure she got the cut just right! The mini head massage whilst washing my hair was also a lovely little touch. Will definitely be making this my regular spot.
