This was my first time having a Dermapen treatment, so I was a little nervous, but Lydia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She talked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease. The treatment was performed well and it was a great experience.

Lydia was nice and ensured my dignity. She did a good job with the Hollywood wax and used a range of techniques to remove everything. The music at the background was calming which made the wax less painful.
