This was my first micro needling facial, Lydia explained every step as she was doing them so I knew what was happening at each stage. It’s also not as painful as it sounds, I actually found the neck part to be ticklish. My skin is looking and feeling great after it.

I’ve had a few facial treatments here but I was really disappointed in this one. I went for a deep cleanse but the entire process was really painful & I don’t consider myself to have too many blackheads etc. Lydia tried to extract milia through squeezing which simply isn’t done in this sort of procedure & my face wasn’t steamed so extraction wasn’t easy at all. Unfortunately I left with my skin looking worse than it did when I walked in & many areas of extractions have scabbed over.

First experience with these lovely ladies, my technician was really helpful and even let me try on two different colours I couldn’t decide between. She paid very close attention to detail and my manicure came out just perfect.
