Lydia was very lovely and very clean. The atmosphere was great, I loved the relaxing music. Unfortunately, when I went back home I realised that there was too much hair left, and some are already growing back. I’ve been getting Hollywood waxes for 3 years at other salons and I never had this issue before. Maybe it’s the waxing technique that wasn’t for me.

I opted for a Brazilian and half leg wax. The staff are really lovely and they practice really good hygiene (especially during the pandemic). The lady I had was really lovely and she was thorough, however, I was slightly disappointed as I was actually given a Hollywood wax instead of Brazilian and I Iater found several small areas that were missed on my thighs. I've had better experiences with different beauty therapists at this salon before though.
