My appointment was pushed back by 30minutes. Jennifer called me well in advance to notify me and ask if I could come in 30minutes later. The only thing I was not a bit happy about is that when I got there at the agreed time, my appointment was delayed further. However, Jennifer tended to me and did such an excellent job with my hair in the colouring, cutting and shaping. Jennifer is very skilled and knowledgeable.
