Jen, is always a bright and cheerful soul, works hard for all her clients and always puts their best interests first.
I am absolutely delighted with my new hair cut and colour, I always come in looking like Marge Simpson and leave looking like Halle Berry. Jen really knows her craft and always takes the time to explain fully what she is doing and always listens to what her clients wants.
Jen is invaluable and I can't imagine going elsewhere for my hair care.

Jen knows hair. She knows what will work and how to transform the image in your head of what you want into reality. But, she is also good at letting you know if something isn't possible, the reasons for it, and will give alternative solutions. She is professional, warm and welcoming. A great salon overall.

The result was nice, but I paid £208 for cut and balayage, no blow dry, and for a salon in Arsenal with no staff, I find that price excessive. Will definitely not come back.
