Quite a busy venue so a lot going on but if just popping in for a quick treatment it's good, staff were very informative and friendly!

I was very comfortable. I was asked about prior treatments and ensured of the outcome dependent on my hair length. I was also told about aftercare. Treatment was very good but due to previous laser hair removal my hair was growing at different lengths so it was not as hair free as I would have liked. But I was advised it was best to not go over the same areas to avoid riping the skin. I would return again but would prefer a smoother finish and would like it to include perianal for the price rather than it being £5 extra.
