Nilima immediately put me at ease. I'd pre-booked with a comment about me being a larger lady, I need not have worried as Nilima made me feel like a Goddess!
I had a full bodywax using hot wax and had a Hollywood -having not waxed for over 8 years, I was suprised how quick it was! Nilima has natural flow and rhythm and that's what relaxed me, just letting her do her job. I am really happy with the results and Iam going back for an eyelash tint and lift.

Nilima was so sweet, quick, friendly and skilled. She put me at ease straight away, provided wipes, a towel to cover me, paper underwear, and an environment which felt safe and secure, which is really important to me when having a bikini wax. She was chatty and friendly, did the service quickly but skillfully, kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok and asked my preferences,and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. I'm just gutted that I don't live closer to be able to come to her regularly!
