Nilima is superb, made me comfortable and did a fabulous job! She is cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. She has a great attitude and is so pleasant to speak to. First time having my Hollywood treatment with Preet and I was really impressed. Very quick and absolute minimal pain. Lovely to chat to and made me feel very at ease - overall a very comfortable experience. Had to find a new wax lady after recently relocating so will definitely be returning :)
