I this is my second time getting a wax and I usually go to Nilima however she was away. So I believe another lady took over. I should have realised something was wrong when she put the wax all over and said she would do it all at once. Days after I started getting the worst irritation bumps. Now it’s been weeks the bumps are getting worse, more itchy and irritated. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Nilima. I’ve never had this problem and now I need to seek medical

First time doing Hollywood waxing and the experience was great - Jharna was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable, answered all of my many questions, I will 100% be coming back and recommend this place!
