Arrived a few minutes before and no-one was to be seen in sight. While waiting a queue formed for the same treatment(s) booked at the same time. I had to give my name multiple times while someone else was seen before me although I had a slightly earlier Appt. The actual treatment was done in part with threading, using an unhygienic method no longer practiced in salons, and I’ve had to go back over my eyebrows with tweezers and tint. Overpriced for poor quality tint and wax.
