I needed an emergency appointment as my neck/shoulder was so constantly painful. The day after my appointment I was completely pain free. Jaime worked her magic yet again :)

I have been suffering with an intermittent back back for several months which has been causing me increasing discomfort. It’s one of them things I thought would right itself even went to the expense of buying a new mattress thinking that would help. It was a friend of mine who suggested seeing a sports therapist ahead of a chiropractor and must admit as I’m not the sporty type never really occurred to me.
After one session with Jaime I had the first decent nights sleep in months and it’s the first time in a long time Iv got out of bed without thinking of my aching back. Turns out the pain in my back was due to my pelvis which diagnosed straight away and set to work correcting it. Would highly recommend 5*

Excellent consultation, Jamie really knows her stuff have seen several sports physios over the years and never had such a comprehensive in depth consultation, which has resulted in the really reason for all my aches and pains coming to light.

Just a single, short session with Jaime helped rectify a number of long-standing issues with my hamstring flexibility and Achilles tendonitis - allowing me to get back to training with new confidence in my legs. Regular appointments with Jaime would certainly help keep these kind of niggly injuries at bay - which as some one that likes to keep active and train in various different ways, is pretty essential. Expect a very warm yet professional welcome from Jaime - she's mint.

Brilliant. I always walk in feeling tight and stiff and walk out a different person. Jaime is professional, thorough and honest. She offers a wide range of treatments to address your “problem”, I would not recommend anyone else.
