Sports massage with Jaime was excellent. She explained what she was doing and why. She asked questions and listened to my answers, gave good advice and helped explain why I was in pain. I felt like I was in very good hands with someone who definitely knew about sports related injuries. The massage was great, so will definitely return and recommend to others.

Taken a while to find a good sports massage therapist and have found one here very good and always impressed with the treatment you receive was very sore afterwards but that was due to the volume of training and tight glutes, feel better day after!!
