I visited Jamie for a sports massage as I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Jamie worked wonders with my neck back and posture. I was apprehensive as this was my first sports massage, however Jamie talked me through the process and kept me at ease throughout the massage. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone who suffers with neck or back pain as I was she managed to relive the pressure I was experiencing in my back and helped me to get on the mend again.

I love the feeling after a half hr with Jaime. I feel like I could backflip all the way home... I feel so much looser & straight instead of being a wonky donkey!! Getting an appt is so simple & I can choose day & time to suit me.
