My fingers and thumbs were burning with pain from arthritis. I was hoping Jaime might be able to help a little bit. She explained what she was going to do and why, showing me diagrams. Starting with my neck and back she massaged the knotted areas. Then she started with my forearms and hands. She finished with acupuncture in one of my arms. I could feel the fingers on that hand tingling. When she had finished I could barely believe the difference. I am now three days on and still feeling that the pain is greatly reduced. Very highly recommend x

I have had a handful of appointments with Jaime who has had a massive impact in my recovery from lower back pain. She makes you feel relaxed and has taken time to allow me to understand where my pain generates from and how I can manage this at home inbetween treatments

Another very competent session with Jaime trying to normalise my seemingly abnormal muscles and correct a loss of power. Came out 100% improved feeling so much better. Had an excellent matter as well. Altogether lovely

Jaime is very friendly and great at her job would definitely recommend her ,my back was very painful but after treatment i could tell the difference straight away
